Virtual
Network Assistant (VNA)
VNA is a
service contract which helps ensure that your networks
hardware/software, peripherals, and Internet access are
functioning correctly. Our VNA services include regular onsite
visits, remote administration/monitoring, and emergency
service. On a regular basis a certified network technician
will work through a checklist on site to ensure the networks
reliability (see below for details of checklist). VNA clients
may also utilize their VNA time for additional equipment
installation, and upgrades to the network.
