- Web serving – The
MNS Companion Server appliance offers integrated support
for HTTP/1.1, CGI and Perl scripting.
- Business-class e-mail –
Services include unlimited e-mail accounts for each
domain, Vacation auto-responders, automatic forwarding
and group mailing lists.
- Internet-standard FTP –
All files, from a simple text article to a full web
site, can be easily transferred to and from the MNS
Companion using FTP.
- Virtual Domain Support –
The MNS Companion offers name-based virtual domains
(single IP address for multiple domains) or IP-based
virtual domains (one IP address for each domain).
- Web Access Management –
Specified users can be blocked from viewing material the
company deems inappropriate.
- Smooth integration into
Microsoft and Novell networks: Linux works extremely
well with Microsoft and Novell Operating Systems.
- Bandwidth Management –
Traffic can be limited to a pre-selected amount.
- File Sharing- Employees
can share files stored on the server.
- Personal Data Space: It
is possible to store personal data space on the server
for each employee, as necessary.
